Oops Lab LLC collects the account, billing, and device information needed to provide Mousey, including the app, device management, subscriptions, and support. This may include your email address, subscription status, device identifiers, firmware version, connectivity status, and basic diagnostic events.
Billing
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Mousey does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process billing details according to its own privacy terms.
Device Data
Mousey devices may report status such as online state, last seen time, firmware version, and configured wiggle settings so the app can show current device state and send commands.
